If you’re looking to do an exchange or opting for a refund for your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We accept exchange or refund of defects up to 7 working days from parcel delivered date. All return and exchange must be done at 10 Ubi Crescent Ubi Techpark, Lobby E, Singapore 408564 (Mon-Fri, between 11am to 6pm). Once defect item is being verified and deemed unsalvageable by our team, refund will be processed in form of store credits. We regret to inform that TCT will not bear any additional cost incurred for any return parcels.

Please note the following are exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

⭐️ Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
⭐️ Returned items do not have its original tags or its original packaging
⭐️ Returned items have visible signs of use or wear
⭐️ Value of the goods, etc. has significantly decreased due to the user's use or partial consumption
⭐️ Change of mind/ dislike his or her purchases
⭐️ Purchased wrong size(s) despite size chart/ measurements provided

In the event if your order arrives damaged in any way, please drop us a PM on Facebook with your order number and photo(s)/ video(s) of the item’s condition. We will address rectify them on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution ☺️
